Travel Information:
Southwest Airlines is offering a discount on most of its
already low fares, for travel to and from the Annual Meetings
of SACC. Call (or have your professional travel agent call)
the Southwest Airlines Group and Meeting Desk at 1-800-433-5368
M-F, 8AM-5PM and Sat 8:30AM-5:30 PM no later than April 7 1998
and refer to identifier code D2848 to take advantage of this
offer. Call right away as fares are subject to terms and
availability. Southwest Airlines connects with most major
airlines. Book your flight to Albuquerque NM rather than to
Santa Fe, as it is much cheaper and even quicker. Ideally, you
should arrive in the late afternoon or early evening of April
15th. On arrival, collect your baggage and catch the Shuttlejack
to Santa Fe. It is wise to call ahead and make reservations for
this shuttle to the Santa Fe Hilton, which takes about 70
minutes and costs $20.00. Phone 505-243-3244.

Other Travel Tips:
Santa Fe is high altitude (7000 ft) and will be cool in April.
Dress accordingly

Some of you may wish to extend your trip to include a visit
to Albuquerque, which has numerous attractions including the
new Pueblo Cultural Center.
