This symposium will focus on issues related to community structure in the
prehistoric Southwest. A range of  geographic areas and time periods will
be represented by the papers, and contributions are expected from both
the academic and CRM communities. The intent is to highlight some of the
innovative approaches to research that have emerged in recent years.
