As part of Archaeology Awareness Month, Aztlan Archaeology, Inc., will be
holding an open house at its office (228 South Tucson Boulevard) on Friday,
March 21st, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Exhibits featuring artifacts and
photographs from recent excavations at five sites in the Silver Bell
Mountains (including two Pioneer period villages) and in the historic
Florence townsite will be featured, along with a hands-on demonstration of
artifact replication methods.  Two slide talks will be presented:  At 11:00
a.m., the Florence project will be presented, and at 2:00 p.m., the Silver
Bell project.  Space is limited for the slide presentations.  Please call
