SATURDAY NIGHT CONFERENCE BBQ DINNER

Dinner presented by Hawkins Chuckwagon. Carl Hawkins will create the atmosphere of a trail camp by setting up his 1890 chuckwagon. Dinner Choices: Chopped, Smoked Beef Brisket with home-made barbecue sauce -- or -- Green Chili Cheese Enchiladas (Dutch oven casserole style). All plates include sides of pinto beans, buttermilk fruit and cabbage slaw, biscuit, and peach cobbler. Drink choices are water, lemonade or tea. Cost: $20 per plate.

Dinner Cost: $20 per plate advanced purchase only using the conference registration form or on-line registration (closing on Friday, August 3).
