Audio-Visual Equipment: If you need to display
a graphic (e.g., map, photo, chart) during your
presentation, mount it on stiff foamboard and
make it large enough for the audience to see from
a distance.
Handouts O.K.: A one page audience handout
referencing presentation title, post-conference
contact information, and Internet URL pointing
to your on-line research paper and graphics, saves
printing costs and helps reduce waste.
