To attend the conference, please determine the preferences appropriate for your visit, note the following dates, and return the necessary registration form and payment before the deadline:

• $25.00 registration per person is due by July 1, 2005
• $30.00 registration per person is due after July 1, 2005
• Dinner reservation must be made and included with registration

The 2005 Pecos Conference Logo will be represented on souvenir merchandise. Please look at the 2005 Pecos Logo page for information on the motifs. Souvenir purchases should be made at the time of registration. Only a small amount of T-shirts and coffee mugs will be available for purchase at the conference.

Note: The Pecos Conference cannot refund any money for cancellation of registration, dinner, souvenir purchase after July 1, 2005.
