Conference Updates ...

Reminders for Pecos Conference Goers:

• The reception is at Bandelier National Monument on Thursday, August 11 from 6 to 8 pm. Free admission, and you must identify yourself at the entrance station as attending the conference or they will charge you. This is the only time we will have free admission to the park
• The conference (where the big tents are) is at Overlook Park in White Rock NM on Friday and Saturday, August 12 and 13
• Tent camping only is at Ponderosa Campground located at the junction of State Road 4 and 502. The entire Ponderosa Campground is reserved for the Pecos Conference and will cost $1.00 per person, per night
• Don't confuse Ponderosa Campground with Juniper Campground. Juniper Campground is located near the Bandelier entrance station and costs $12.00 a night. RV's are allowed here
• I need one or two RV's to volunteer to camp at the conference site to be a presence when we are away drinking and dancing and sleeping. I will need someone who can commit from Thursday night to Monday AM. If you cannot commit for the entire time, don't bother asking
